Ryecrofts are skilled and experienced Company Auditors. Terry and Rozelle have been auditing companies both with Ryecrofts and previous accounting firms for over 20 years.

We undertake audits ranging from large proprietary companies to small public companies limited by guarantee. We also act as compliance plan auditors of a registered scheme.

Trust Account Audits

Ryecrofts audits trust accounts for solicitors, real estate agents and accountants to ensure clients’ money is being accounted for in accordance with required legislation.

Terry is an approved external examiner of solicitor trust accounts. We audit real estate agents trust accounts in Melbourne and country Victoria as well as clients in Queensland.

We also assist our clients and other accountants in public practice audit their trust account in accordance with APES 310.

Not for Profit Audits

Ryecrofts has been auditing within the not for profit industry since its establishment in 2005.

We audit incorporated associations of varying sizes. We often assist incorporated associations determine whether they even need an audit in accordance with their relevant state legislation.

As Terry is a Registered Company Auditor, we also audit not for profit companies limited by guarantee under the Corporations Act.
