Terry Vail
Director, B. Bus, CPA
Terry is a Registered Company Auditor having commenced his career with the Commonwealth Auditor General in 1990. Since then, Terry has worked across audits for numerous chartered accounting firms working in the finance, manufacturing and education industries. In 2005, Terry established Ryecrofts.
Terry is also a Registered Superannuation Fund auditor and an Approved External Examiner of solicitor trust accounts. He enjoys gaining an understanding of our client’s operations that is a big part of audit.

Rozelle Azad
Director, B. Com, B. Sc, CA
Rozelle is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than fifteen experience in providing audit and assurance services both in the commercial and governmental sector.
Rozelle has worked in Deloitte as an audit client manager looking after client portfolios in Manufacturing, Utilities and Automotive Audit Group and as a senior manager at the Accounting Professional & Ethical Standard Board. Rozelle specialises in servicing our company audits based on her expertise in corporate audits.

Daley Smith
Associate Director – SMSF, B. Bus, CPA
Prior to joining Ryecrofts, Daley specialised in Public Practice in superannuation, taxation and business services. Daley has also worked as a Financial Controller in the construction and media industries and brings with him a wealth of experience in corporate & financial governance.
Our accountants & administrative staff work closely with the leadership group to ensure the audits are processed with accuracy and efficiency while also considering cost-effectiveness.
Ryecrofts work closely with Deakin University when sourcing graduates.
